In order to initiate a wire transfer by phone, instructions must be provided to us by phone and in writing.

General Information

  • Wire transfers can be initiated by calling us weekdays at 602-683-1000 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • Requests submitted weekdays by 1:00 p.m. may be processed the same day
  • Please refer to the Fee Schedule for information on fees associated to a wire transfer
  • For security purposes, wire transfers cannot be initiated online
  • We do not offer wire transfers to destinations outside of the United States

Step 1: Phone Call
Please call 602-683-1000 so that one of our experts can initiate the wire transfer request. We’ll ask you about the following information:

  • Your Arizona Financial account number
  • Your daytime phone number
  • The Routing & Transit Number of the receiving financial institution (nine digits long)
  • The name of the receiving financial institution
  • The city and state the receiving financial institution is located
  • The amount of the transfer
  • The name and address of recipient/beneficiary
  • The account number of recipient/beneficiary

Please verify all wire transfer details before initiating your transfer, and include any required reference information if applicable. Incorrect or missing information may result in the wire being returned by the beneficiary financial institution. 


Step 2: Signature

  • Once we've gathered all the wire details, a Docusign email will be sent to you to sign to sign the Wire Transfer Request Form. 

Our experts may need to contact you prior to sending the wire. We ask that you please be available at the phone number provided within the authorization in order to prevent any delays in processing your request.


To Receive an Incoming Wire: 

Provide the following information to the entity sending you the wire:

  • Your name as it appears on your account
  • Your account number
  • Arizona Financial's Routing Number: 322172797
